We offer a comprehensive and personal service, and we specialize in helping novices and non-technical folk to bypass all the jargon and get a quality website up on the web in a matter of weeks. We'll tell you if we're unable to meet your requirements for any reason, and we won't charge you for 'extras' that you don't really need.

Our Packages Include

Website Design
This is the fun part! You provide us with some content - typically the text and any graphics or images that you want to display on your website pages, and we do the rest. We welcome your input on your preferred style and colour scheme, but if you'd rather just leave it to us, that's okay too. The initial design and creation of your website is included in your chosen package fee.

Website Hosting
In order to go 'live' so that people can actually visit your site, it has to be physically 'hosted' on a computer server somewhere or other. We have lots of available server space, and once your site is ready we will upload it for you and it will be visible to browsers all over the world within a day or two. Website hosting is a renewable service. We include the first year's hosting in your package, and will invoice you annually when your hosting is due for renewal.

Website Maintenance & Updates
There's only one thing worse than a site that is hopelessly out of date, and that is a site that doesn't load at all when someone tries to access it. To prevent both of these niggles, we encourage our customers to send us updated information on a regular basis so we can keep your site relevant for your visitors. We also take care to back up your site contents regularly, and to monitor our server to make sure everything is running smoothly in the background.

Both our packages include regular updates (quarterly or monthly depending on the package) to the information on your site. If you need more frequent updates than this, or if you require a major site overhaul at any stage, we can do this for you as a custom job for which we will provide a quote upon request.

Email Forwarding
Most customers like to have one or more email addresses linked to their website name (e.g. info@yourwebsitename.com; mail@yourwebsitename.com etc). We include 2 or 5 email addresses as part of your package, and can arrange automatic email forwarding from these addresses to any existing email address of your choice.

Search Engine Listing
In order for people to find your website, it is essential to get listed with the major search engines. We take care of this for you, and advise you on how to improve your listing in a variety of different ways. We cannot guarantee you will achieve a number one placing with Google, but we will do our best to ensure that your site will come up when people are searching for you or your products and services.

Paypal Integration
If you have services or products you wish to market and sell via your website, our Advanced Package includes the integration of Paypal features into your site such as a Shopping Cart or 'Buy Now' buttons. You will need a Paypal business or merchant account to take advantage of this feature, and we can help you to set one up if you haven't already done so.

Domain Name Registration
Your domain name is the unique 'address' that will enable people to find your website in seconds no matter where they are located in the world. It can also be a catchy or memorable name that will help to promote you or your business. All domains begin with the prefix www, and end with one of a limited number of suffixes, such as .com or .co.uk. What you put in the middle is largely up to you, provided no-one else has already registered the name before you.

We'll advise you on your choice of name if you don't already have one, and you can either register it yourself or we can do it on your behalf. Domain name registration is charged separately as the cost varies depending on the name you require, and some customers prefer to register their own names. Your domain name registration has to be renewed every one or two years.

Google Analytics Installation
If you would like to track your site statistics, we can install the necessary code to enable you to take advantage of Google's free website analytics service. This will provide you with detailed information on your site visitor numbers, referring sites, successful search terms and much more.
